This Regional law regulates legal relations of state bodies, local self-government, natural and legal persons originating in the process of ecological education of the society, and also lays down basic principles in this sphere. Basic principles of ecological education shall be: (a) theoretical and practical knowledge in the sphere of ecological safety and rational nature management; (b) insertion of regional information and data in educational subjects; (c) systemic and continuing ecological education of the population; and (d) state support of ecological education and ecological culture.
