This Order, made under articles 3 and 4(2) of the Veterinary Surgeons (Jersey) Law 1999, provides with respect of recognition as veterinary surgeon in Jersey. A person is eligible to be a recognized veterinary surgeon if he or she is authorized to practise as a veterinary surgeon in the United Kingdom. A person applying to the Royal Court to be a recognized veterinary surgeon must provide particulars specified in this Order.
