This Regulation adds certain provisions to the article 10 of the Regulation on recognized organizations for monitoring, inspection and certification of ships (Official Gazette 118/2011). The added paragraph, with the number 3, is related to the administrative provisions regarding the application of the implemented rules until the moment of the Croatian entrance into the European Union.
