These Regulations, consisting of seven sections, implement certain provisions of the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary Act, 2005. The Regulations prescribe the bodies, as specified in Schedule 1, to help in the creation of the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary Management Plan. The Regulations further provide for the application for warrants and prescribed rates of interest.
