This Regulation provides for standards necessary for the appearance and manner of use of official cards for railway safety inspectors of the Ministry of Sea, Tourism, Transport and Development. Railway safety inspectors will be authorized to perform their duties (technical control, safety control and implementation of security provisions, control of environmental protection measures) only when properly identified and in posses of the official ID issued by the competent Ministry. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
