This Regional Law establishes that State veterinary supervision shall be carried out with a view of preventing, identification and combating offences of the legislation in the sphere of veterinary. It shall be carried out by Chief state regional veterinary inspector and his subordinated personnel. State veterinary institution shall keep stock of drugs and veterinary equipment required for maintaining veterinary and sanitary well-being of the territory and population and preventive arrangements against infectious and mass non-infectious animal diseases.
