Decree No. 41/2012 amending Decree No. 41/2009 creating the Chókwè Public Water Istitution E. P. (HICEP).

This Decree amends the Statute of the Chókwè Public Water Institution E. P. (HICEP), already amended by Decree No. 41/2009. Amendments to the Statute deal with administrative and legal proceedings, including competent water institutions to collect taxes, technical assistance responsible authorities and other matters related to Chókwè Southern Regional Water Administration (ARA-Sul).
