Commission Directive 2013/2/EU amending Annex I to Directive 94/62/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on packaging and packaging waste.

This Directive amends Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste by replacing the text in Annex I. The amended annex lays down illustrative examples for packaging, pursuant to article 3 (1) laying down definitions on packaging and packaging waste.
