This Regulation lays down the measures to prevent the introduction and spread of Pepino mosaic virus. The introduction into and movement within the territory of the Republic of Croatia of seeds of tomato, Lycopersicon lycopersicum (L.) Karsten ex Farw., contaminated by Pepino mosaic virus shall be prohibited. In order to establish the presence and prevent the spread of Pepino mosaic virus special inspection shall be carried out on areas in which seedlings and fruit of tomato are produced.
