This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out federal state hunting supervision by the Federal Supervision Service in the Sphere of Nature Management in protected areas of federal significance and by regional executive bodies in protected areas of regional significance. The scope of hunting supervision shall be to identify and suppress hunting offences with a view of conservation of wild fauna species authorized for hunting. Hunting supervision as regards natural persons shall be carried out by state hunting inspectors in the forms of control and checking of hunting gear, hunting documentation, game, hunting birds and hunting dogs.
