Regulation on the methods and terms for the calculation and payment of charges for burdening the environment with waste.

This Regulation prescribe the manner and deadlines for the correct calculation and payment charges (environmental fees) for burdening the environment with waste, including: non-hazardous industrial waste and hazardous waste. Compensation fees and waste payers are regulated and based on the decisions and rules provided by the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund of the Croatian Republic.
