Regulation on unit charges, corrective coefficients and detailed criteria and standards for determining the fees for emissions of carbon dioxide into the environment.

This Regulation stipulates the amount of unit charges, corrective coefficients and detailed criteria and standards for determining the fees for emissions of carbon dioxide into the environment (CO2 emissions). The provisions of this Regulation do not apply to the emissions of CO2 arising from: combustion of biomass fuels; combustion of biodegradable waste; incineration of sewage sludge. Payment of fees and the amount of CO2 emissions shall be recalculated each time.
