Sustainability Guidelines for Local Governments, School Divisions, Universities, Colleges and Regional Health Authorities Regulation (Man Reg. 4/2004).

The present Regulation is enacted under the Sustainable Development Act. For the purpose of the Regulation "environment" includes air, land, water, flora and fauna. Section 1 establishes that the financial management guidelines for evaluating the sustainability of programmes and activities set out in Schedule A and guidelines for sustainable procurement set out in Schedule B are adopted for the purposes of section 15 of the Sustainable Development Act.
