This Executive Decree approves the Regulation on Biosecurity. This Regulation, consisting of 2 Chapters divided in 11 articles, aims at establishing basic regulations for the implementation of protecting measures for biosecurity and safety of workers, health centre and of those performing activities of promotion and assistance of health. It also establishes general instructions related to work infrastructures where there is any possibility of exposition to biological agents, general precautions, Norms for laboratory personnel and blood testing requirements for emergency personnel and for other sectors.
