Regional Law No. 161-13-OZ “On implementation by regional state bodies of plenary powers in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources”.

This Regional Law delimits plenary powers of regional state bodies in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources. It establishes that the Governor validates the scheme of distribution, management and protection of hunting grounds. Authorized regional state institution in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) validation of the rates of hunting of wild fauna species subject to hunting; and (b) issuance and revocation of hunting permits. Species subject to hunting on the regional territory include mammals and birds.
