This Law amends various provisions of articles 3, 115, 117, 147, 166, 172, 210, 212, 219, 220, 223, 228, 236, 243, 245, 246, 257, 258, 275, 278, 289, 290, 293, 297, 299, 300, 303 and 304 of the Law on spatial planning and construction (Official Gazette 76/2007 and 38/2009). Changes are related to the smaller technical corrections, general terms and definitions, administrative and legal provisions, inspection duties and responsibilities, permits and authorizations.
