This Regional Law establishes that leasing in agro-industrial complex shall be applicable to peasant farms producing and processing agricultural commodities. Leasing shall regard agricultural machinery and pedigree stock. State support to leasing in agro-industrial complex shall be granted in the form of financing out of regional budget, state subsidies and incentives.
