Regulation amending the Regulation on the essential requirements for devices that produce optical radiation and the conditions and measures for the protection from optical radiation.

This Regulation amends certain provisions prescribed by articles 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 29 of the Regulation on the essential requirements for devices that produce optical radiation and the conditions and measures for the protection from optical radiation (Official Gazette 204/2003). Major changes are related to the general definitions and terms, technical standards, administrative duties and responsibilities, and specific protection measures. This Regulation also amends some technical aspects of the Annexes 3 and 4. The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
