This Regulation provides for a complete tariff system for electricity services performed as a public service, the tariff elements for calculating the price of electricity and electricity-related activities performed as public service for various energy companies and customers, depending on type, strength, quality and other elements of delivered energy, on the Croatian territory. This tariff system is based on the reasonable costs of operation, maintenance, replacement, construction or reconstruction of facilities and environmental protection, and other expenses necessary for the proper and reliable operation of the power system, including a reasonable rate of return on investment in the national power system. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
