This Regulation prescribes the content and method for the correct delivery of the information related to the energy sector activities to the government bodies, bodies of local and district (regional) governments and energy companies. These important information have to be submitted to the Ministry responsible for energy activities in order to establish a sustainable energy balance, and for the purpose of data collection. The annual energy balance is made in three stages: 1) data collection and provided energy balance for the next year; 2) monthly monitoring over the performance values predicted from the energy balance; 3) making the final the energy balances at the end of the calendar year. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
