Regulation No. 12 dated 4.6.2012 determining the procedures of application for fishery permits and public competition for exercising fishery activities in sea, internal waters, and aquaculture.

The Regulation lays down rules of procedure for the following activities: i) applications for fishery permits, examination of requests and required documentation, ii) public competition for internal waters and aquaculture, iii) implementation of permits through the legal and technical criteria as determined in the respective contract and/or permit.
