The Order sets regulations regarding financial subsidy granted to promote new eco-efficient technology for environment and nature protection (water, adaptation to climate change, air pollution, soil pollution, noise, chemicals, waste) and to support the development and testing of technologies and materials that can promote a more sustainable resource efficiency, such as reducing climate impact of buildings, and improving indoor air quality. Financial subsidy may be granted to projects that contribute to a green transition for a better environment. The Ministry of the Environment shall prioritize the use of funds within the financial limits of the law for eco-efficient technology from 2013 to 2015. The Order consists of 3 Chapters: Purpose (1); Administration (2); Entry into force (3).
