Decree implementing Legislative Decree No. 267 of 2010 as regards the inclusion in the National Register of Plant Varieties of horticultural varieties for conservation and horticultural varieties for cultivation in special conditions.

This Decree lays down provisions on conditions and documentation required to include horticultural varieties in the National Register of Plant Varieties. The request must be submitted to the Ministry of Agricultural Policies and must contain the information hereby specified.
