These Regulations amend the Planning Regulations 2004 by: inserting in regulation 3 a provisions that stipulates that unless the contrary intention is clear, expressions used in these Regulations bear the same meaning as provided in the Planning Act 2002; repeal in regulation 43 definitions of “Development activity”, “Floor area” and “Internal wall”; replacing regulation 44 (on fees) and Schedule 3 (specifying fees for planning applications, applications for modification, or a variation to the Norfolk Island Plan).
