Decree No. 173/2011 amending the Decree implementing some provisions of the Act on the protection of nature and landscapes.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment amends provisions concerning definitions of the lists of: (1) habitats of European importance, habitats of national importance (art. 1 of the amended Decree); invasive species (art. 2); non-native species which may live beyond the urban zone (art. 3); species of European importance, species of national importance and bird species (art. 4); protected plants and animals (art. 5). The present Decree establishes also the new list of invasive species and ways of their elimination (Annex 2).
