Commission Regulation (EU) No. 553/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for tusk in EU and international waters of V, VI and VII by vessels flying the flag of Spain.

The fishing quota allocated for 2013 to Spain for tusk in European Union and international waters of V, VI and VII is deemed to be exhausted. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock by vessels flying the flag of or registered in the Spain.
