The present Ordinance enforces the Plant Protection Act in its version of 14 May 1998. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to various aspects of plant protection, such as, equipment to be used, competent authorities, inspection, control bodies, reporting, entry into force. The text consists of 7 articles and 3 Annexes.
