This Law, consisting of 4 articles and 2 Annexes, authorizes plant and vegetation suppression in specific areas within the State of Pernambuco. It regulates the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from such authorization to perform the above mentioned activity, according to enforced legislation on forest preservation and rehabilitation of similar ecosystems, and in particular to article 8 of Law No. 11.206. Annexes specify geographical coordinates, zoning and the type of plant or bush to be cut out.
