Decree implementing Commission Directive 2013/4/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include Didecyldimethylammonium Chloride as an active substance in Annex I thereto.

Pursuant to Commission Directive 2013/4/EU, this Decree recognizes Didecyldimethylammonium Chloride as an active substance for use in biocidal products.
