Decree implementing Commission Directive 2013/5/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include pyriproxyfen as an active substance in Annex I thereto.

By virtue of this Decree pyriproxyfen is deemed to be an active substance in biocidal products. This Decree is adopted pursuant to Commission Directive 2013/5/EU.
