This Law, consisting of 6 Chapters, creates the Programme for small scale livestock production within the State of Rondônia (PROVE). This Programme aims at the valorisation and development of small scale rural producers. PROVE is based on the partnership between governmental institutions, NGOs, rural small producers, their cooperatives or associations. Programme principle objectives are: to involve the small rural producer in the productive process, through incentives for processing of animal and vegetal origin products, in order to increase the family income.
