The present Law completes the Land Use Planning Law and establishes different provisions for the Land Lower Saxony. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Plans for use of land (II); Proceedings on land use planning (III); Further measures to reach goals (IV); Competent authorities (V).
