This Regulation changes the technical aspects and measures prescribed by the Annex 2 part of the Regulation on the State plan for flood control (Official Gazette 8/1997, 32/1997, 43/1998, 14/2003, 188/2003 and 02/2005). The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
