The present Law lays down provisions relating to the safety of ports in Lower Saxony. In particular, the Law aims at enhancing the security of ships used in international and domestic shipping. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Execution and implementation of safety regulations (I); Rules for ports (II); Other regulations (III).
