Commission Regulation (EU) No. 843/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for redfish in Greenland waters of NAFO 1F and Greenland waters of V and XIV by vessels flying the flag of Latvia.

The fishing quota allocated to Latvia for redfish in Greenland waters of NAFO 1F and Greenland waters of V and XIV is hereby deemed to be exhausted from 29 July 2013. Therefore, fishing activities for that stock by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Latvia is prohibited from that date. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
