With a view to implementing the provisions required by the International Commission for the Conservation of the Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) these provisions amend Decision 2011/207/EU pursuant to the requirements concerning sampling and pilot operations set out in paragraph 87 of the ICCAT Recommendation 10-04 establishing a multiannual recovery plan for bluefin tuna in the eastern Atlantic and Mediterranean. Annexes I, II, III and IV are replaced by the text in the Annex to this Decision. The Annexes concern: (I) Benchmarks; (II) Procedures to be followed by officials; (III) Contents of national control action programmes as referred to in article 12; (IV) Monthly state of play of the Bluefin tuna national control action programme.
