Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 796/2013 concerning the denial of authorisation of the substance 3-acetyl-2,5-dimethylthiophene as a feed additive.

Upon the opinion of the European Food Safety Authority, this Regulation denies the authorization to use the substance 3-acetyl-2,5-dimethylthiophene as a feed additive for all animal species, since it may cause risks to animal and human health.
