This Law, consisting of 3 Chapters, creates the Programme for the Environmental Harmonisation of Rural Property and Productive Activities (TO-LEGAL). This Programme aims at promoting the regularization of rural lands, activities and infrastructure by including them in the system of the Rural Environmental Register – CAR, owned by the Institution "Natureza do Tocantins" – NATURATINS. The Programme for the Environmental Harmonisation of Rural Property and Productive Activities aims at estimulating the registration of any activity related to environmental and rural sectors.
