The present Law lays down provisions relating to protection of cultural heritage. The Law deals also with special provisions in view of extraction of minerals and archaeological excavations. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Authorities responsible for cultural heritage (II); Measures for cultural heritage (III); Special measures (IV); Cultural heritage provisions, access to cultural heritage, marking, compensation (V); Promotion of cultural heritage (VI); Final provisions (VII).
