Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1078/2013 concerning the authorisation of fumaric acid as a feed additive for all animal species.
This Regulation authorizes the use of fumaric acid as an additive in feedingstuff for all animal species, subject to the conditions specified in the Annex.
