Commission Regulation (EU) No. 905/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for black scabbardfish in EU and international waters of V, VI, VII and XII by vessels flying the flag of Spain.

The quota allocated to Spain for 2013 for black scabbardfish in European Union and international waters of V, VI, VII and XII is deemed to be exhausted as from 20 August 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock to vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain.
