This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and quality requirements for the related import, production and placing on the market of products with milk and milk products intended for human consumption. Dairy products are put on the market under the following names: whey; sour cream; butter; buttermilk; liquid butter; casein; anhydrous milk fat (AMF); cheese; yogurt; kefir; koumiss.
