Commission Regulation (EU) No. 821/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for redfish in NAFO Area 3M by vessels flying the flag of a Member State of the European Union.

The fishing quota allocated to all Member States of the European Union for redfish for 2013 is deemed to be exhausted from 30 July 2013. Therefore this Regul ation prohibits fishing for that stock to European Union fishing vessels as from that date. In particular it shall be prohibited to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
