Commission Regulation (EU) No. 879/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for sandeel and associated by-catches in EU waters of IIa, IIIa and IV and EU waters of sandeel management area 1 by vessels flying the flag of the Netherlands.

The quota allocated to the Netherlands for 2013 for sandeel and associated by-catches in European Union waters of IIa, IIIa and IV and European Union waters of sandeel management area 1 is deemed to be exhausted as from 12 August 2013. Therefore the present Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in that zone to vessels flying the flag of or registered in the Netherlands.
