Commission Regulation (EU) No. 942/2013 establishing a prohibition of fishing for haddock in areas IIIa, EU waters of Subdivisions 22-32 by vessels flying the flag of the Netherlands.

The quota allocated to the Netherlands for 2013 for haddock in areas IIIa, European Union waters of Subdivisions 22-32 is deemed to be exhausted as from 16 September 2013. Therefore the present Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock in that zone to vessels flying the flag of or registered in the Netherlands.
