This Regulation specifies fees payable under the Act as stated in the Schedule as follows: Application fee for registration under section 20 of the Act: 65.20; Registration issue fee under section 20 of the Act: for each year 658.80; Registration renewal fee under section 22 of the Act: for each year 658.80; Application fee for changing a condition of registration under section 18 of the Act: 42.85; Application for replacement of registration certificate under section 27 of the Act: 20.90; Inspection of a register kept under section 28 or 72 of the Act: 13.95; Obtaining copy of entry in a register kept under section 28 or 72 of the Act: 13.95.
