This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of standardization of products (work, services) for meeting the requirements set forth for use of nuclear energy, including projecting (prospecting), energy production, construction ,installation, storage, transportation, trade, recycling and disposal of the aforesaid products. Standardization shall include application of common technical policy and technical standards, ensuring safety of products and processes, energy efficiency and unified classification.
