Ministerial Decree No. 393 validating the Regulation for customers of the organizations performing sewerage, effluent waste water discharge, setting maximum allowable limits for discharge of pollutants through centralized sewerage systems.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that rates allowable effluent waste water discharge to centralized sewerage system shall be set forth for organizations by the Federal Supervision Service in the Sphere of Nature Management upon submittal by the organizations concerned of the following documentation: (a) application for setting forth of the rates of allowable effluent wastewater discharge, containing complete data of the applicant; and (b) calculation of the projected rate of discharge of effluent wastewater and pollutants in accordance with the methodology elaborated by the Government of the Russian Federation.
