This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of recycling (re-processing) or destruction of of expropriated or confiscated from illegal trade ethyl alcohol and liquors that are not complying with compulsory hygiene and sanitary norms and standards. Recycling or destruction of the foresaid produce shall be performed by the authorized organizations. The statement of transfer and acceptance of expropriated or confiscated produce shall contain the grounds for expropriation or confiscation, quantity and outward description of produce and packaging.
