This Regional Decree establishes the proceedings for conclusion by citizens of purchase and sale contracts of forest species for individual personal needs. Preparation and conclusion of contract shall be performed by decision of the authorized regional body managing public forest pertaining to forest fund. The applicant must submit the following documentation: (a) application containing complete personal identification data of the applicant; (b) denomination of forest district intended for purchase and sale of forest species; and (c) requested amount of timber for extraction and qualitative and quantitative data of timber and the purpose of utilization thereof.
